...soooo, inquiring minds want to know. :D Can Alex and Desmond separate after Desmond is all-virus? I mean, I guess Alex could have left before, but he'd have been taking pieces of himself that were acting as Desmond's body with him, if I understand the logic correctly. I mean, if they can divide the viral matter and separate, they can always meld back later, or it would seem to make sense if they could. I'm not sure why they would, except if it just.. felt right? was comfortable?

Ooo, and does Desmond ever end up in the 'passenger seat' while Alex is moving them? :D

ooorrrr melding together could be a support action, like, if one of them were really hurt, melding would be kind of like hooking into really good life support *g*
