Multitask

Summary: Tao has no problems multitasking.

Tao hummed, his hands racing over the keyboard as he watched the number of lines grow bigger and bigger with every passing second. If he kept this up, he should be finished in an hour or so. Depending on if the code worked or not, but there was still a couple of hours until he had to go to bed.
And maybe...
Tao sent out a couple of cables trailing over the floor, seeking the box of gadgets he had behind him on the table to his right. It would be better if he did his projects in tandem rather than separate, and with the extra limbs the cables gave him he could-
The cables hit something and Tao frowned, circling and prodding it. That was weird. He knew every inch of his room; every item was placed to make sure his cables had access to everything. What was this?
It was two cylinders next to each other, and Tao wound the cables up them, still trying to figure out what the thing was as he continued to type.
"Tao..."
He stopped his cables at the familiar voice and oooh. Oops.
Tao span his chair around to the sight of Takeo, his legs wrapped up in cables. Takeo's eyebrow was arched at him.
"Heh, I didn't hear you come in!" Tao said. He called his cables back and made them get the box he'd originally wanted them to get.
"I noticed." But Takeo was smiling anyway, shaking his head.
"Sooo, what do ya need?" Takeo didn't tend to come to his room without a reason.
"M-21 and I are going to play Counter-Strike - do you have time to play?"
"So I can kick both your butts at the same time?" Tao asked, grinning. He put the box next to his screen and then got to his feet, groaning as he stretched. "I'm in!"
He had enough time to finish his projects later.
