Fandom: Noblesse/The Legend of Sun Knight
Summary: M-21 thinks Storm's been working too hard. Again.

M-21 eyed the door for a scant second before he knocked. There was a short pause, and M-21 had to strain his ears to hear the sleepy, "Come in."
Frowning, M-21 went in and saw exactly what he expected to see: Storm nearly spread across his desk, the pile of paperwork threating to topple on top of him. He really should start checking up on Storm more frequently, to make sure he didn't die of overwork; he'd never had to worry about Frankenstein, because while he became engrossed in his projects, he had the school to run and constant reminders to eat, and at least his projects involved food. Here, M-21 was sure Storm spent days without eating or sleeping.
He sighed, striding towards Storm.
Storm merely looked up to confirm who it was in his room and re-focused on his paperwork again.
M-21 plucked Storm's quill from his lax fingers, making sure to place to place it somewhere it wouldn't create a mess; he then grabbed Storm by the shoulder and hauled him to his feet.
"Wha – hey!"
From the numerous times M-21 had been doing this, he knew the only way he could get Storm stop doing work once he started was to actually physically drag him away; if he tried to just put him to bed, Storm either slept straight away and then as soon as he woke up, would go back to work, or Storm would only wait a few minutes and then start working once M-21 had left. Arguing with him just meant Storm pointing out if he didn't do the work, the Church of the God of Light would collapse. Knowing just how much work Storm did, M-21 wasn't surprised.
Not that he knew where they could go; at least Storm was willing to lead him to the quiet places in the city where he could rest without anyone disturbing them.

Why didn't M-21 take Storm to his own room/house? That's assuming M-21 has one. XDD If we assume M-21 was taken in by the Church of Light, if only to keep an eye on him, it's still inside the church walls, and he really wants Storm to get some fresh air. Also, if M-21 offered Storm his bed, Storm may have freaked out slightly, because where had that come from?? *cough* XDDD;
