Tao tapped a nail on his keyboard before pushing himself away from it. He could keep observing or he could just go check it out for himself.

The balcony door was ajar when he got to it, not to his surprise, and he hopped up to the rooftop. Kentas was sitting there, cross legged and gazing up at the moon. He’d been like that ever since the sun had set.

“Full moon tonight?” Tao asked, settling next to him. It looked like it, but he hadn’t checked yet.

“Not quite,” Kentas said, shaking his head. “In two more days.”

“Huh.” Tao wiggled his toes before asking, “Do you do anything for it? Howl?” He doubted it, but hey, just because M-21 didn’t, that didn’t mean werewolves also didn’t.

Kentas didn’t answer straight away and Tao glanced at him. Kentas’ gaze didn’t seem focused, a frown pulling down the edges of his mouth. “Normally on full moons we go with someone we’re close to up to the highest point we can reach, and howl from there.”

Tao’s eyes widened, glee filling him. “Like a date?” Was that what Kentas was talking about?

Kentas’ brow furrowed. “On the full moon.”

Right, right. Human terms. “Sooo,” Tao drew out, studying Kentas’ face, “would ya think about going up somewhere with M?”

This time, Kentas’ eyes widened before a soft smile appeared on his face. “Yeah, I would. But I don’t know this area that well-”

“No problem,” Tao said, pulling out his phone. “I can easily tell ya the best place ta go.” This was going to be great, Tao knew it.
